1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rezycle.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Rezycle.me provides AI-driven professional outplacement diagnostic reports, career market-fit analysis, ATS resume keyword optimization, and action plan roadmaps. While our recommendations utilize state-of-the-art career analysis algorithms, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job offers, or salary amounts.

3. Payments, Refunds & Discounts

• Pricing: Paid report unlocks are subject to the geo-adjusted price displayed at checkout before payment. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT/sales tax.
• Refunds and free re-run: If your report is not what you expected, you have two remedies and the choice is yours, plus one guarantee you can check on your own. Free re-run (30 days): send us your updated resume and we will re-run the entire report at no charge, once, at any point within 30 days of your purchase — just open your dashboard link and upload the new file. Full refund (7 days): email support@rezycle.me within 7 days of purchase — or, if you used the free re-run, within 7 days of receiving it — tell us what fell short, and we refund you in full. Checkable guarantee: every finding in your report is backed by a line quoted from your own resume; if you point us to one that is not, the refund is issued without further discussion, inside or outside the 7-day window. All of these are voluntary policies offered on top of, not instead of, your statutory rights. The two windows are designed to fit together: a re-run requested on day 25 still leaves you 7 full days to ask for a refund if it misses.
• Right of Withdrawal: Where an EU right of withdrawal would otherwise apply, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery of your report and waive that right once your purchase is complete, as required by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This waiver does not affect the voluntary remedies above.
• Payment Processors: All billing is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing details.

4. User Responsibilities & Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have necessary authorization for all resume text or documents submitted to Rezycle.me. All proprietary algorithms, web branding, design layouts, and software content belong exclusively to Rezycle.me™.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rezycle.me, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on career advice or platform services.
