  • Technical & Usage Data: Anonymized IP addresses, browser types, device information, and interaction logs.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We never store raw payment card details on our servers.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on the following legal grounds under GDPR Article 6:

  • Performance of Contract: To generate your AI outplacement audit, executive report, and 6-week career roadmap.
  • Legitimate Interest: To improve our AI models, enhance web security, and prevent fraud.
  • Consent: To send you personalized follow-up sequences, promotional discounts (e.g., PIVOT30), and outplacement resources via email.
