How does billing work for enterprise volume licenses?
We issue simple corporate invoices via Stripe or bank transfer. Rate is set by your total license count: $59/employee for 1-9, $49/employee for 10-49, $39/employee for 50-199, and a custom quote for 200+. Once you send us the work emails of the employees you want covered, we issue each of them a personal access link within one business day. From there, each employee's plan generates instantly the moment they open it.
Is candidate data kept confidential and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Resumes are processed solely to generate transition plans and are never sold or shared. Resume text is sent to OpenAI as a sub-processor to generate the analysis, with API inputs excluded from model training. We don't store resumes after the free scan; for paid reports a short excerpt is retained for up to 90 days (so we can regenerate or resend a report) and then automatically purged.
